Happy Halloween from 4 Pumpkins! New PDF!

Jack-o-Laterns are the best! When my kids were little, pumpkin carving was a huge part of Halloween.

This card was pretty easy. I stamped the pumpkins four times with Pumpkin Pie on Basic White cardstock. I added the faces to three, and the sentiment on one. I only needed one stem since they are stacked on top of each other.

The background was first colored with Balmy Blue and a Blending Brush. I then stamped the leaves on the bottom with Garden Green. I then embossed the whole thing with the Raindrops embossing folder.

Added the pumpkins with Dimensionals, done!

Measurements:

  • Pumpkin Pie 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
  • Basic White 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″
  • Scraps of Basic White.

New PDF! Pick of the Patch! 4 cards- all have different sentiments. One is for Halloween, the others for thank you, blessings, etc. You can see it here!

Glow in the Dark Pumpkins and a Skeleton!

Yes, yes, yes. I am a little bit obsessed with the Glow-in-the-Dark paper! Did something a little different on this one.

I stamped the pumpkins from Pick of the Patch bundle (stamps and a punch, page 51) with Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry on the Glow in the Dark paper. I used the punch for both sizes of pumpkins and the stems. As I showed in my video, when you stamp color on the Glow in the Dark, it comes out much lighter and slightly different than it would on Basic White. Here’s the video:

My skeleton is like a lot of my other cards- stamped with Versamark on the Glow in the Dark paper, embossed with black embossing powder and then die cut.

The grass is from the Bag of Bones dies- I used Basic Gray cardstock.

The background paper is from the Stargazing DSP in the main catalog.

The “Happy Halloween” is a stamp from Bag of Bones. I stamped with Versa, embossed with copper embossing powder.

Don’t forget:

I have a PDF Tutorial for 4 cards from the Bag of Bones/Them Bones! These are not cards I show anywhere else. I have other PDF Tutorials, too! Check out Bag of Bones/Them Bones here!
